What is Splash? Well, the name says it all! It is a vibrant and bold new sports bar located right outside of Chase Center in Thrive City, it features a ninety-foot LED screen and over 85+ televisions, 360-degree viewing, virtual golf bays, scratch kitchen, award winning cocktails. This will be the place to watch your favorite teams play in San Francisco!

The Position:

The Bartender provides full bar service, including mixing drinks, pouring beers and nonalcoholic beverages, taking orders and serving food. Bartenders will also mix drinks for floor service. Responsible for set-up and clean-up of the bar, making sure all ingredients and products are prepared and stocked.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the restaurant's menu and products while engaging with customers.

· Mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests with precision and efficiency.

· Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.

· Proactively suggest additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a welcoming environment.

· Knowledge of all cocktail recipes and exact standards to produce perfect cocktails

· MUST BE RBS trained and serve alcohol in a safe manner.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality

· Night club/fast-paced bar experience highly preferred

· Strong team player with a guest-first attitude.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a flexible work schedule.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods.

· Ability to perform repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
