    Stag Bar & Kitchen, located at the iconic Newport Beach Pier, is seeking skilled and passionate bartenders with proven high-volume experience to join our fast-paced team.     Responsibilities:

    Craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with speed, accuracy, and consistency, while maintaining expert knowledge of the bar menu and its offerings.

    Provide exceptional, personalized guest service by engaging in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued to create memorable experiences and foster guest loyalty.

    Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service in compliance with local laws and company policies.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including prepping ingredients, restocking supplies, and adhering to all health and safety standards.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and support a positive, energetic environment across the bar and floor.

    Efficiently process orders and payments using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in transactions and handling of cash/credit.

    Proactively address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when needed.

    Uphold venue standards for professionalism, appearance, and hospitality, contributing to a high-quality guest experience from start to finish.

    Qualifications:

    Must be over 21 years old

    Possess a minimum of 3+ years bartending in high volume setting

    Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and be familiar with standard drink recipes

    Must have or be able to obtain Alcohol Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service Training certification

    Must have or be able to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certificate

    Must be able to suggestively sell food and beverage items.

    Ability to handle money and give correct change.

    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
