Position Overview

The Bartender at The Turn is more than a drink specialist; they are a host, a performer, and a master of their craft. We’re looking for a part-time professional who can bring style, expertise, and personality to our lounge, ensuring every drink served is an experience to remember.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, wines, and other beverages

Provide engaging and attentive customer service, cultivating a welcoming atmosphere

Ensure the bar is impeccably stocked, organized, and compliant with safety and cleanliness standards

Offer recommendations to enhance guests' dining experiences, matching drinks with menu selections

Process orders, handle transactions, and manage bar tabs efficiently

Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in an upscale or fine dining environment

Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, wines, and bar management

Superior customer service skills with a friendly and polished demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Illinois BASSET certification or willingness to obtain
