We are Hiring an Experienced Recruiter for Hanover Park.

Barton Staffing Solutions is growing again and adding top notch, experienced Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiters to our team.

Qualified candidate will have current industrial staffing agency recruiting experience.

Here How We Work:

• You will be responsible for using social media, job boards, job fairs, community connections and other sources to recruit and engage candidates for temporary and temp to hire assignments.
• You will use your interviewing skills, customer service and excellent follow up skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• You will interview, provide orientations, safety training, dispatch employees to client locations, do check ins, visit client sites and work as part of an energetic, experienced staffing team!
• You will have ability to multi task and use their strong attention to detail to engage, screen and hire candidates for positions like General Labor, Forklift Drivers, Skilled and Un-Skilled Machine operators, Assemblers, Auditors, Inspectors, etc.

Must have previous CURRENT experience working in an industrial staffing agency office as a recruiter. In return, you will become part of an amazing, collaborative team filling temp and temp to hire positions for client customers throughout the Chicago suburbs, Cook, Kane, DuPage and Will counties.

Compensation will be based on experience level.

• Must have previous CURRENT experience working in an industrial staffing agency office as a recruiter.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
