    We are a baseball development facility with about 18K of sq ft. that specializes in athletes of all ages and we attract many in the 12-18 year old segment (middle school, high school and college focus- D1, D1 and D3). We have a pitching lab, designated hitting areas for instruction, catching and fielding areas of expertise. We are looking for talented and highly motivated instructors who can teach with a conscience and market to families. We say what we mean and mean what we say.

    We create and design pitching, hitting and fielding, and catching programs for each of out players. We build development plans, test, analyze and create programs for progress. We are looking for natural teachers who are patient, engaging, communicative and are strong feel instructors in the game. While we value technical and strong mechanics, we want to be able to teach baseball IQ, in game scenarios, mental mindset and how to best prepare for elite level hitting.

    We need passionate and mechanically sound baseball instructors who understand what it takes to compete at all levels and are/ have been athletes who know what it feels like to push their bodies to their limits. Our training philosophy is to always have a plan, understand motivations, to teach with sound mechanics and feel, and most importantly a strong mindset.

    We have determined, committed and hard working athletes who want more so it is important that our instructors are also super-motivated. We are building a diversified and cohesive team of instructors who are educators, baseball instructors, mental performance specialists, strength and conditioning coaches who understand how to navigate the baseball/ sports industry. We have an elite group of professionals who are our mentors.

    We need hard working individuals who are willing to dedicate their time in perfecting their craft creatively and can also juggle the business needs to market and grow our client base.We want our New England players to perform at the highest levels possible which means preparing them for National Level competition.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for hard working, disciplined, technical and engaging baseball INSTRUCTORS to join our team! As an instructor, you will design and lead age-appropriate private and semi-private lessons, offer guidance and mentorship, and build out progress driven, technology platforms to best understand trends within our customer base. Given that we are in build out mode for a start up, we need every team member to do a little of everything so we can learn together and find the best possible path to success as a team. If you are a good fit with our team, your part time position can become a full time position as we are looking for sports enthusiasts who are motivated and are willing to commit to 5 Tool Performance in spirit and in philosophy!

    Responsibilities

    Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.

    Lead structured lessons

    Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement

    Individualize and customize programs for clients

    Communicate with parents/guardians

    Follow all health and safety guidelines

    Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team

    Create development plans for baseball learning progression

    Marketing and business development instincts

    Qualifications

    Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred

    Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents

    Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required

    First aid and CPR-certified

    Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
