Hitting trainers will report directly to the Director of Baseball. Hitting trainers will work with multiple athletes in a competitive and data driven small group training environment. The athletes we work with range from middle school, high school, collegiate and professional players who are all committed to being the best versions of themselves both on and off the field. All in-coming trainers and coaches will receive a comprehensive onboarding course that all Hitting Academy hires receive. This onboarding course extensively covers topics such as anatomy & physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, advanced analytics, and our organizational hitting philosophy.
