About the Role:

As a Bath Remodeling Carpenter at Bath Flip, you will be responsible for installing and repairing bath remodeling projects for our customers. Join our team and be part of a company that is dedicated to providing high-quality bathroom remodeling services in NH, MA and Southern ME.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair bath and shower tubs, bases, walls and fixtures according to company specifications

Install vanities, toilets and LVT or tile flooring according to company specifications

Install framing, drywall, sub flooring and other carpentry as needed

Tape, mud and paint when needed

Work with plumber to ensure proper plumbing connections for optimal functionality

Service and repair calls as needed

Inspect and troubleshoot issues with existing fixtures and products

Conduct site surveys with customers and provide exceptional customer communication and notes

Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements:

Prior experience as a bath remodeler

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with caulking and other finishing techniques.
