We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bathroom Finisher / Tile Setter to join our team. This role is responsible for completing high-quality bathroom finishes, including tile installation, grout work, waterproofing, and other finishing tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in craftsmanship, and follows project timelines with minimal supervision.

A bathroom finisher is a skilled tradesperson who is responsible for the installation and finishing of various elements within a bathroom. This includes tasks such as tiling, plumbing, and ensuring all fixtures and equipment are properly installed and functioning. They are essential for creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing bathroom space.

Key Responsibilities:

Install tile on floors, walls, and showers with precision and care

Mix and apply mortar, thinset, grout, and other adhesives

Perform waterproofing and surface prep according to job specs

Cut and shape tiles using tools such as wet saws and tile nippers

Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times

Communicate with project managers or supervisors about progress, needs, or issues

Ensure final finishes meet company standards and client expectations

Requirements:

Proven experience in tile setting or bathroom finishing

Ability to read blueprints or layout plans

Comfortable using tools and materials safely and effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Schluter systems or similar waterproofing products

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Valid driver’s license
