We are seeking a skilled Concrete Coatings Installer and Polisher to join our team with potential for full-time employment based on performance and workload. As an installer and polisher, you will be responsible for applying various coatings to concrete surfaces and performing polishing techniques to achieve desired finishes. Responsibilities: • Apply coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic to concrete floors and surfaces. • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and patching as necessary. • Use polishing equipment to grind and polish concrete to specified finishes. • Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations and polishing processes. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: • Proven experience in concrete coatings installation and polishing techniques. • Ability to use grinding and polishing equipment effectively. • Knowledge of different coating materials and their applications. • Strong attention to detail and quality of work. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Own tools and reliable transportation. • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends Responsibilities: • Apply coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic to concrete floors and surfaces • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and patching as necessary • Use polishing equipment to grind and polish concrete to specified finishes • Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations and polishing processes • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: • Carry a valid driver's license • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain • Certification required: OSHA 10 • High school diploma or equivalent is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred • Physical stamina and physical strength are needed • Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required Compensation: $31,000 - $38,000
