Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred)
At least 5 years of Accounting experience with GAAP.
Knowledge of U.S. Tax Codes (Income, Payroll, Unemployment, 941 Quarterly, Annual). Minimize Tax liabilities using authorized credits and deductions.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal controls to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulatory laws including tax reporting.

Consolidate accounting platforms and reconciliations for multiple entities. Performs internal Audits and resolves any inconsistencies.
Maintains accurate Financial Records. Experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Great Plains accounting software
