Reports to: BeHive Team Leader (Call Center Leader)
BeMobile is now hiring a BeHive Specialist for our BeHive (Call Center) department. This position is critical for driving traffic, customer outreach, customer service and supporting the retail BeMobile stores.
This is a work from home position with some geographical restrictions.
Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:
Taking and making phone calls:
Inbound: You must be able to utilize a calling guide and create a positive guest experience in each call. You will provide accurate answers, de-escalate situations, generate sales or appointments, and complete other customer service tasks. After each call, proper follow up will be logged or communicated with the appropriate party.
Outbound: You must be able to complete all assigned outreach, as well as complete any additional outreach based on company initiatives. You will be responsible for communication with retail locations regarding orders, appointment setting, and necessary customer follow up.
Digital customer interactions: You must be able to effectively communicate in a variety of digital communication mediums including SMS, email, and webchat.
Creating sales opportunities: You must be able to complete a Sales Process that results in device, feature, or accessory purchases. When appropriate, you must also be able to effectively convey the value and properly set appointments with our locations.
Retail operations guidance and support You must be able to provide guidance and support for a variety of operational responsibilities. You must also stay aware and proficient in system enhancements and changes to operational protocols.
Point-of-Sale Troubleshooting; Device trades, discounts, Carrier Integration, processing refunds, etc
Investigating and correcting store-level inventory errors
In-Store-Pick-Up and Curbside support
Continuous Learning – Complete all assigned trainings via Litmos. Attend all training and development webinars/meetings invited to per your role and position. Improve product knowledge related to your position and increase skillset with tools provided by leadership, Training Department or self-education.
