JOB DESCRIPTION
Beach Front Property Management is a privately held company specialized in the management of multi-family properties in key U. S. markets. We currently own and manage over 7,000 units in Southern California. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our management team. The AP Clerk reports to the Controller & CFO and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services.

Physical Demands
The Accounts Payable Clerk will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. The AP Clerk will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Environmental Conditions The AP Clerk is located in a busy, open area office and may be faced with interruptions and must meet with others on a regular basis.
Sensory Demands The AP Clerk must spend long hours in intense concentration. The incumbent must also spend long hours on the computer entering financial information which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Mental Demands There are a number of deadlines associated with this position, which may cause stress. The AP Clerk must also deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
