Beacon Hill is one of the top Staffing Firms in the country, and we have 50+ office locations nationwide. We are currently hiring IT Staffing Consultants and Account Executives for our Atlanta/Alpharetta branch.

Our Staffing Consultants identify and recruit technology talent for our local clients. Our Account Executives perform outside sales by building relationships with clients through coffee meetings, lunch meetings, happy hours, sporting events, etc.

I am looking for candidates that are competitive, driven, motivated, and eager to begin their career in recruiting/sales with a base salary plus uncapped commission.

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
