Bear Fox Marketing has grown consistently each year and desires to accelerate that growth.

We’ve “cracked our marketing funnel”. That means that we have a predictable system for capturing in-bound leads for our business – prospects that respond to our online marketing initiatives and reach out to us looking for help growing their business through our services. We can scale this system up or down based on the number of leads you need and your ability to book meetings with our seasoned business development specialists!

We need a Rockstar to assume this work. This is a salary + commission structure which allows you to directly benefit from the meetings you book.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Pre-qualify leads from in-bound marketing campaigns as qualified sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings from in-bound & out-bound lead sources for the business development team.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities. Contact potential clients through cold outreach via LinkedIn, calls, texts and emails.
• Report to the VP of Sales on KPIs (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
• Competitive base salary and commission. Ability to make $60K+ per year if you’re good, and $90K+ if you’re really good.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years proven work experience in a BDR role.
• Track record of achieving quotas and performance goals.
• Driven and self-motivated – ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrable ability to consistently manage daily tasks, and KPI’s.
• Work independently while coordinating well with the team and supervisor.
• Experience with CRM software a plus (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Slack)
