    Who we are looking for!

    You are currently working with individuals with special needs and want to use your ABA knowledge in a different setting.

    You want to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.

    You have experience as an RBT and you want to further develop your skills. (Certification not required)

    You value the freedom to schedule your own clients and not being micromanaged. (You schedule your own 8 hour day - Monday-Friday starting after 8 am. Schedule may vary based on your individuals needs)

    You have the ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage time and tasks.

    You have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    Thorough knowledge of applied behavior analysis.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office

    Masters Degree Required

    Duties/Responsibilities

    Conduct initial assessments and make recommendations based on those assessments.

    Analyze data, write, and revise behavior-analytic treatment plans, train others to implement components of treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of treatment plans.

    Provide direct services daily to clients with a variety of needs, including improvements in organizational functioning (i.e., staff training, behavior management and behavior interventions), skill deficits (i.e., communication and adaptive behavior), and problem behavior (i.e., aggression and self-injurious behavior).

    Develop/review/revise behavior assessment and support plans for new residents, annuals, or 30 days, including functional assessments, intervention strategies, proactive strategies, and replacement behavior.

    Assist with client transitions by reviewing referral packets, observing potential clients, and attending transition team meetings.

    Document all client sessions including case notes, date/time and duration spent with each client.

    Commuting to each assigned location to serve your individual.

    Work the rotating 24 hour Crisis Line as assigned.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience

    Required - Masters degree

    Preferred - Masters degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or related field.

    Required - Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.

    Must pass and maintain a criminal history background clearance

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

    Must be able to commute to each assigned location in the Central Valley

    Prolonged periods of driving.

    Other Requirements

    Must have a valid Driver’s License.

    Must have active auto insurance.

    Must have own working vehicle.
