Position Overview:
The Behavior Interventionist supports students and staff by assisting with behavior management strategies that create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Working under the guidance of licensed behavioral specialists and Special Education staff, the Behavior Interventionist helps implement existing behavior intervention plans and provides immediate support to students displaying challenging behaviors. This role is focused on building rapport with students, reinforcing positive behaviors, and fostering a supportive school culture. Ideal candidates are eager to learn behavioral support practices and contribute to both general and special education environments.
