    Your Role:

    • Clinical Excellence: Manage behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collect data to track progress.
    • Family Engagement: Work closely with families, providing daily feedback and coaching during sessions.
    • Community Integration: Deliver services in various community settings, fostering social interactions and independence.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Efficient Communication: Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.
    • Detailed Documentation: Convert completed sessions daily, obtain parent signatures, and write thorough session notes.
    • Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, addressing any issues that arise.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
    • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM. Saturdays are highly preferable.
    • Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification required & Immunization records:
    * Rubella (2-series child/1-series adult)  
    
    * Rubeola (2-series child/1-series adult)  
    
    * Mumps (2-series child/1-series adult)  
    
    * Varicella (2-series)  
    
    * Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable)  
    
    * Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable)  
    
    * Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)  
    
    * Negative TB test must be conducted within three months prior to start date with CCS clients, and TB test must be conducted if practitioner is exposed to TB, according to CDC guidance for Health Care Professionals
    
    • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Active Participation: Ability to kneel, squat, sit, stand, and engage in physical activities with clients.
    • Physical Support: Assist clients with activities, including carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
