    What started as a small, one-room clinic in 2019 has blossomed into two state-of-the-art facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains. With innovative treatment pods, inclusive classrooms, and custom sensory gyms , we’re redefining what’s possible for children with autism and developmental challenges. And in 2025, we’re expanding even further—adding Speech-Language Pathology to our services!

    Now, we need dedicated Behavior Technicians in West Plains to help us create brighter futures, one child at a time.

    What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician:

    • Work one-on-one with children, helping them develop social, communication, and life skills.
    • Implement custom treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support each child’s unique needs.
    • Foster a positive, encouraging environment where learning and growth happen every day.
    • Celebrate progress —from a child’s first word to mastering daily tasks, every milestone is a win.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to making a lasting impact.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    ✔ A high school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience required—just a heart for helping others!).

    ✔ A passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.

    Patience, positivity, and a willingness to learn —we’ll give you the tools; you bring the dedication!

    ✔ CPR/First Aid certification is a plus—but if you don’t have it, we’ll provide the training.
