As a Behavior Technician you will:
Provide clients with highly effective in-home treatments in the field of ABA
Follow and implement behavioral intervention plans as designed under the mentorship of your Supervisor and BCBA
Share input on the day-to-day operations of your client’s program
Track clients progress and growth
Educate families/caregivers on behavior interventions strategies

Technical Qualifications:
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRASPORTATION
High school diploma or equivalent
BA/BS or AA (with coursework in psychology or a related field)
Experience with kids is necessary if you do not have experience in the field or a degree in a related field (psychology, child development, education, etc)
Flexible with work schedule to accommodate potential needs during M-F 2pm-8pm peak hours
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learn
