Position Summary
We are seeking individuals with general experience working with children to serve as ABA B ehavior Technicians for our clients in the Los Angeles Area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform behavior training for children in their home (Training Provided).
- Follow the behavior plan designed by the clinical supervisor.
- Track the overall progress of the child
- Aid supervisor in identifying new problem behavior
- Inform the case supervisor of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions
- Inform the supervisor of any changes in the client's schedule.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred not required
- Min age of 18 years old.
- Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting. Provided and paid for by us.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
- Good communication skills to be able to speak with parents.
- Reliable transportation and VALID driver's license (Good driving record)
Education & Experience
- Has High School Diploma/GED or higher
- At least 1 year of experience working with children.
- Proof of ability to work in USA.
