    ABOUT THE MADRONE SCHOOL

The Madrone School is a private, non-profit school that provides ABA and educational services in a full-day, year-round program to children with autism in the greater Seattle area. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and become Behavior Technicians at The Madrone School.

    TRAINING PROVIDED!

At The Madrone School, we provide our students with an individualized education grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to serving children with autism and learning about Applied Behavior Analysis. Current CBTs, RBTs, and those interested in learning about ABA are encouraged to apply. As a Behavior Technician, you will be supported by a team of professionals including Certified Educators and BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) who provide ongoing training and support as you learn to provide instruction according to each student’s individualized goals. We provide training and offer competitive wages that are commensurate with experience in the field. We are a 501c(3) non-profit organization.

The school is named after the Madrone tree that grows across the Pacific Northwest. Each Madrone tree grows in a different manner based on its environment. Just as the Madrone tree is unique, each student is a unique individual that benefits from being in an environment that allows them to grow in their own way.

We operate across two campuses located in Redmond and Woodinville. We currently have capacity to serve up to 30 students grades K-12.

ABOUT YOU You are a dedicated individual who shares our passion to improve the wellbeing of our students and their families through academic and therapeutic practices.
