Behavior Technician Opportunities: In-Home and Clinic-Based

Shine Your Star ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians! We have multiple openings for both in-home and clinic-based services. Our clinic is in Boxford, MA, and we provide in-home services in Merrimac, Amesbury, and North Andover, MA. This role is a great chance to make a difference in the lives of young children with special needs.

What You'll Do:

Follow behavior plans created by the supervisor

Work one-on-one with children

Collect data on behaviors

Collaborate with the care team

Keep accurate notes

What You Need:

Experience working with children, especially those with autism

Understanding of behavior therapy techniques

Ability to follow care plans

Basic skills in data collection

Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

Good communication skills

Certification in behavior management is a plus
