    Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a center coordinator to execute a variety of administrative duties that will ensure an organized and safe space for our ABA therapy center, including our clients and their families. We are on a look out for a candidate with front desk and/or admin experience who has preferably had experience in child focused environments such as school settings. The center coordinator is also to observe and direct the delivery of ABA Treatment in order to benefit the clients, and provides real time response to the intervention and is to communicate necessary information to clients' families.

    SCHEDULE: TUESDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 11:30AM TO 8PM AND SATURDAYS (MANDATORY) FROM 9AM TO 5PM 

    LOCATION: Walnut Creek, CA

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Create and manage all center-based client schedules
    • Greet clients
    • Check clients in and out
    • Maintain inventory of all office and center supplies
    • Inform staff and clients of cancellations 
    • Answer phone at front desk, and redirect questions to appropriate staff when necessary
    • Generate and update relevant reports
    • Monitor and maintain the physical condition of the center, including facility maintenance and repairs
    • Ensure that the center are adhering to the company's policies and procedures
    • Coordinate office operations and procedures; punctually open and close the center
    • Establish and implement center procedures and practices
    • Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and security
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the Office Assistant Coordinator in all aspects of scheduling and daily operations.
    • Ensure that financial goals are met for the center.

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • BILINGUAL IN SPANISH REQUIRED
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in the related field) and/or RBT Certification
    • Experience in customer service
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to multitask and be flexible in assignments
    • Exercise initiative and resourcefulness, including being self-motivated
    • Desire to support staff and clients through creative problem solving
    • Be compassionate and understanding
    • Willingness to learn more about ABA through the RBT process

     CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

    • Ability to obtain/maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
    • The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable federal, State and local laws
    • Must have a valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Show proof of auto insurance
    • Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
    • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies
    • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
    • Must attend all BTA required training
    • MUST BE VACCINATED AND BOOSTED (if eligible) against COVID-19 upon being hired. Behavior Treatment & Analysis adheres to all CDC health and safety guidelines.
    • Must have the following IMMUNIZATIONS: Rubella (2-series) Rubeola (2-series) Mumps (2-series) Varicella (2-series) Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable) Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable) Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
