Position: Behavior and Academic Support Paraprofessional
Job Description : Working with students throughout the school day in the alternative learning class (located at Oregon-Davis) which is designed to support students with significant social/emotional and behavioral challenges. Working closely with the teacher and other staff members to support the educational and emotional needs of students to ensure needs are met. Maintain classroom policies. Other student academic support services as applicable. Team-oriented and student-centered with a belief that all students can succeed.
Qualifications: High School Diploma with some Post-Secondary Education preferred but not required. Complete and pass background check. Previous experience working in an education setting preferred. Flexibility and working well with others.
Salary: Based on Wage Scale and Experience
