About Hopes Promise Respite LLC:

We are a leading provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults aged 5-21 with emotional and behavioral health challenges.

Job Summary:

Behavioral Assistants: Work closely with IIC Clinicians to implement therapeutic behavior management strategies, fostering positive behaviors and emotional regulation in clients.

Qualifications:

Behavioral Assistants:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.

Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges.

Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.

Ownership of your own vehicle and car insurance.

Able and willing to transport adolescents in your vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes.
