Key Details:
- Pay Range: Licensed (LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist): $77,000 - $97,000 per year, Unlicensed (working toward licensure): $57,000 - $72,000 per year.
- Bilingual Pay Policy: We also have a Bilingual Pay Policy! If you pass the language proficiency test, you are eligible to receive a pay increase.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, flexible for 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts.
- Location: 18633 SE Stark St., Suite 401 – Portland, OR 97233.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct targeted assessments and brief, evidence-based interventions for patients experiencing mental health concerns.
- Consult with medical and dental teams to improve recognition, treatment, and management of behavioral and mental health conditions.
- Provide on-call consultation and crisis support during clinic hours.
- Develop and lead educational sessions to promote psychological and physical health.
- Maintain timely documentation in Epic within 24 hours of patient visits.
- Assist in coordinating care for patients with higher mental health needs, including working closely with psychiatric providers.
- Support patients in navigating mental health referrals and community resources.
- Carry a small caseload of lower-level mental health clients requiring ongoing support.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to help patients manage chronic conditions, including pain management and substance use concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
- LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist preferred (or a registered QMHP working toward licensure).
- Experience providing short-term therapy, crisis intervention, and mental health assessments.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments and the ability to work in a fast-paced, integrated care setting.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care.
- Knowledge of medications commonly used in mental health treatment and experience collaborating with prescribing providers.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
