A Behavioral Health Coordinator (LISW or LPCC) is needed in Canton, OH.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($70,000+/year)
• Health Insurance – Employer pays 77% (Employee: $58.56-$61.52 biweekly)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Organization of behavioral health department schedules and priorities
• Facilitate transition of care from inpatient to outpatient setting
• Provide education and coordination of care for patients needing behavioral health services
• Provide back up for behavioral health consultants (average 1-2 patients/day)
• Patients of all ages

Requirements

• Clear and active license in the state of Ohio
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Compassionate Care
• Outpatient experience preferred
