    Position Overview

    We are a growing outpatient mental health organization with a bold vision to scale operations and deliver exceptional care across multiple service lines. We’re seeking a strategic, go-getter leader who can execute our vision, optimize systems, and drive growth. In this role, you will oversee operations for 50-60 staff members, ensuring smooth service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Prior experience with Article 31 compliance is required; experience with CFTSS is a huge plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement Systems:
      Design, refine, and optimize workflows to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
    • Lead with Accountability:
      Build a culture of excellence by setting clear KPIs, maintaining high standards, and fostering accountability.
    • Execute a Vision:
      Translate organizational goals into actionable plans that drive sustainable expansion and innovation.
    • Maintain Quality:
      Ensure service quality and compliance across all departments, including telehealth and substance abuse clinics.
    • Problem Solving:
      Address staffing, compliance, and operational challenges swiftly and professionally.
    • Drive Growth:
      Focus on innovation and continuous improvement to expand services and enhance patient outcomes.

    Must-Haves

    • Demonstrated leadership experience in behavioral health operations.
    • Prior experience with Article 31 compliance is required; familiarity with Article 32 is a plus.
    • Proven track record in implementing systems and scaling operations.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Experience working with multicultural teams and across diverse service lines.
    • CFTSS experience is a huge plus.

    Qualifications

    • Significant experience in behavioral health, CTFSS, HCBS, or related fields.
    • Strong analytical skills to set and review team KPIs.
    • A growth-oriented, solution-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
