    Bridgemark is expanding its residential treatment program and is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to support adult men in recovery.     Your Responsibilities

    Assist new residents with orientation and program adjustment. Maintain a structured and therapeutic environment. Serve as a vital link between residents and clinical staff. Conduct urine screens, breathalyzers, and track client activity per protocol. Oversee medication inventory and administration per agency procedures. Maintain accurate records using Electronic Health Records. Use de-escalation techniques to manage behavioral challenges. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

    What We’re Looking For

    Candidates should have a compassionate and professional approach while maintaining program guidelines. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow agency policies. The ability to de-escalate situations and respond effectively is required.

    Qualifications

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education in a related field is preferred. Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records is a plus. Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
