Your Role: Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist new residents through the admission and orientation process, helping them adjust to program routines and activities.
Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety, well-being, and adherence to program guidelines while fostering a therapeutic environment.
Collaboration: Act as a vital link between residents and clinical staff, reporting changes in client conditions and ensuring seamless communication.
Monitoring: Conduct urine screens, breathalyzers, and ensure accurate documentation of client whereabouts as per protocol.
Medication Management: Manage medication inventory, ensure accurate counts, and administer medications following agency procedures.
Documentation: Maintain thorough and timely records using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Facility Maintenance: Support the upkeep of a clean and safe environment by ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.
De-escalation and Emotional Support: Provide guidance and support to clients, utilizing professional judgment and seeking assistance when necessary.
Engagement: Lead orientation groups and participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions.

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred but not required—we’ll train you!
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
