Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Techs (BHTs) to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual assistance, and create individualized treatment plans. Not necessary but great qualifications if you have:

Familiar with BestNotes (EMR system)

Great writing skills for clinical notes to process insurance billing

Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Experience in/or similar field

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
