    A Behavioral Approach is looking for candidates who are looking for full-time employment, are motivated, energetic and detail oriented. The candidate will provide center-based behavioral intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorders and their families while following the principals of Applied Behavioral Analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    Supporting students while implementing ABA practices and following a behavior intervention plan. Interventionists will be a part of an ABA team, following instructions and guidance by a BCBA. Pay based upon experience starting at $18-$24 an hour.

    Provide-one-to-one ABA Interventions and other research-based intervention strategies.

    Consistently and reliably implement behavior plans as written by the BCBA.

    Maintain accurate records of a child’s performance via data collection and daily notes.

    Applicants must be available week days between 7:30-3:30, depending on week day.

    Qualifications:

    RBT or 1 year + experience preferred

    Working toward a bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or another related field

    Experience in implementing ABA services is preferred. A commitment and willingness to learn is required.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

    Able to pass a criminal background check

    Must be available in the afternoon and evenings and some morning hours and weekends may be available

    Follow the ethical and professional guidelines set forth by the BACB and apply best practices in the field of ABA.

    Rate increase after 90 days, based on performance

    Employee will be responsible for delivery of 1:1 instruction with children on the autism spectrum, collecting data, keeping materials organized, reading programs and implementing them as written, under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. Employee will also be responsible for attending trainings as needed, maintaining a professional level of communication with supervisors and families, reporting absences and program concerns to their supervisor, and sharing confidential information with team members only. Employee will conduct themselves and fulfill position expectations in accordance with industry/professional standards.
