We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our therapy center team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Implement behavior modification techniques in individual and group therapy settings
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
BCaBA or RBT certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
