Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a Bachelor’s degree to join our team and support children in achieving meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with children with autism and a strong interest in advancing in the field of behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Use evidence-based behavior interventions to teach communication, social, and life skills
Accurately collect data and document client progress during each session
Participate in team meetings and supervision to enhance skills and maintain best practices
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (Required)
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Strong data collection and behavioral intervention skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Must pass a background check, TB test, and fingerprinting
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
