Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed or unlicensed Counselor or Therapist seeking employment in the mental health field we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks (Virtual or Telehealth)

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Flexible Hours: Teletherapy and or In Person

Full Time or Part Time Positions Available

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license

Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
