We are looking for top-performing contractors to join our team and contribute to our service initiatives, which include: Behavior Aide (BA), Family/Children Counseling, Family/ Children Assessments, Transportation/ Escorting, Child Supervision, and Drug Screening.
These services will be provided in the following Georgia counties: Region 1-Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Pickens, Walker; Region 2- Dawson, Lumpkin, Rabun, Towns, Union; Region 3- Douglas, Floyd, Haralson, Paulding Region 4- Carroll, Fayette, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Pike;
As a Behavioral Aid:
Earn an hourly wage plus mileage
Create your own work schedule
Flexible hours and travel stipend
1099 Contract
Compensation based on license and type of service provided
The Behavior Aide is responsible for applying behavior intervention methods for individuals participating in a structured program. The Behavioral Aide will:
Observes, documents, and reports resident behavior/progress on an ongoing basis for onsite or schedules activities and appointments
Maintains appropriate records, including notes and incident reports in accordance with program policy and guidelines and informs supervisor or other designated staff in a timely manner of incidents that warrant such notification
Employs good judgment and crisis management skills in response to circumstances in which they are needed (i.e., de-escalation, redirection, and trauma-informed techniques)
Participate in, and/or facilitate recreational activities of various sorts (i.e. athletic, arts, and crafts, off-campus trips, cultural awareness, etc.)
Model ABA methodologies for the purpose of demonstrating their use in increasing or decreasing targeted student behaviors
Maintain consistent awareness of the client’s whereabouts to ensure safety, including directing clients to appropriate groups or areas in the community or school. Including but not limited to, transportation transitions
Implement provided written assignments, as needed
Accurately record data on client behavior, skills progression, client care and learning objectives, as directed
Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities
Respond to emergency situations (e.g. injured students, fights, seizures, etc.) for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
Respond quickly and effectively to requests made
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements Behavioral Aide must:
Must have 1 or more years of human service experience where you assisted/provided aide/worked with children or adults.
Bachelor’s Human Services field: psychology, social work, behavioral sciences, child and family studies, community mental health, counseling, human services, psychology, sociology, counseling, social work, child development, community mental health, criminal justice, and Education preferred
RN or LPN preferred
Must possess MS Office: Computer Skills
Must Be available for overnight and long-term (12 hours or more) behavioral aid services
Must Be available for transportation and behavioral aide services as necessary (i.e., emergency transport, transportation to appointments, grocery store, and weekend activities. Other needs may be requested in times when lack of transportation is an issue for a client).
Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Behavioral Intervention Skills (Required)
Crisis Intervention Skills (Required)
Registered Behavioral Tech (Preferred)
Behavioral health assessment skills (1 year, Preferred)
Creating treatment plans (1 year, Preferred)
Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver’s License, with a minimum of 3-year clear driving history
Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures

Personal vehicle and car insurance at 100/300/100 bodily injury limits (required)
Successful completion of all training provided
Must have reliable transportation
Must have professional liability insurance
Must have and maintain car insurance
Must complete required online training provided.
