Job Description

Beishir Lock & Security is seeking a Systems Engineer for our Sales Department! Primary responsibilities will include design and estimating for security and audio/video systems along with sales support and consultation for commercial and residential projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify security sales opportunities through networking groups, contractors and incoming project leads
• Meet with customers and sales team as needed to determine system design specifications
• Provide system design and estimating general categories of Access Control, Surveillance Systems, Alarms, Audio/Video and Structured Cabling
• Ensure system designs adhere to all local, national and life-safety codes

​PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous technical experience in low-voltage security, audio/video or other related fields
• Strong communication and business relationship skills
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and do take-offs
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable Transportation
• Clean background and driving record

​WORK HOURS:

• Flexible - Normal Business Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri
• Some remote work available
• Some overtime will be required
• Some travel will be required
