Belching Beaver Brewery is a bustling craft brewery dedicated to producing high-quality, innovative beers for our community. We take pride in our commitment to excellence and our vibrant team-oriented culture.

We are seeking an individual with experience in administrative support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have amazing work ethic, a positive attitude, and strong attention to details. This individual will be responsible for administrative support to the Sales Director, as well as coordination with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations and reporting. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales documentation

Data entry and new item creation across various digital platforms

Process and confirm distributor orders

Maintain customer records

Price list management

Assist with weekly beer and product inventory

Assist with A/P and A/R invoicing

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide product information

Work with the sales team, marketing and production to ensure timely delivery of products

Prepare sales reports and monthly out of state distributor revenue reports

Yearly tax reporting and license renewals for out of state distributors

International sales reimbursement reporting

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quick Books and EKOS software.

Experience with iDig and VIP Karma is a plus, but trainable

Knowledge of the brewing industry is also a plus
