Benefits: • Employee Rate at IHG Hotels • Health, Dental, Vision, and Term Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Free On-Site Parking • Free Employee Meals • Employee Referral Program • Discounted KAT Bus Passes Responsibilities: • Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel • Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests • Answer guest requests and assist with other duties as assigned such as bringing up room service, delivering mail and dry cleaning, and checking luggage for storage • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk • Valet guest's vehicles as needed Qualifications: • This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays • Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods • Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills • Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED • Must be 21 years of age and older and have a valid driver's license Compensation: $15 hourly + tips
