Bellame.com is an e-commerce brand in the beauty and wellness space. We’ve been growing month over month for 5 years now and need to hire a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist.
$50,000 salary plus health benefits.
Although you will work from home, this job does require frequent visits to our office, so please make sure you live near Fort Worth, TX. Our office is located near the intersection of Hwy 820 and Hwy 20.
You need to be passionate about beauty, women, and empowerment. The products sold online are Skin Care, Cosmetics, and Wellness (over 150 products). You'll help create and manage all social media and marketing for the company. This is a fast-paced start-up company that's looking for more intelligent, hard-working, passionate, honest, and happy-hearted people to join our tribe!
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of how to post, manage, and boost content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Linkedin.
- Experience in doing live videos on social media channels
- Passionate about taking photos and videos of products and people with a lifestyle focus.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with the management team in various communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, showing resourcefulness in navigating challenges.
- Proactive and self-directed attitude, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with team members and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Skype, and Google Workspace applications.
