    Job Description

    Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
    - Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
    - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
    - Offer assistance with transportation arrangements, such as calling taxis or arranging airport transfers
    - Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
    - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area
    - Assist with valet parking when necessary

    Qualifications:
    - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    - Strong guest service orientation
    - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
    - Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
    - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
    - Ability to build positive guest relations and provide exceptional hospitality
    - Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
    - Must have excellent customer service skills
