    Job Description

    This position is 100% Travel Task Force. 8 to 12 Week Rotations. We pay for all Travel, Lodging and 2 Meals Per Day. Pay is $30 to $35 Per Hour Plus Overtime. It is a bench position for us and is on and off rotations.

    The Front Office Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling.

    Duties include:

    • Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front Office operations
    • May work some Desk Shifts
    • Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
    • Maintain guest room inventory
    • Coach and counsel employees to reflect Standards and Procedures
    • Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service
    • Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
    • Maintain excellent communication with the housekeeping department
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2 Years Hotel Front Office Manager Experience
    • Must know either Fosse, OnQ, Lightspeed, Opera or Marsha/FSPMS.
    • Extensive Travel Required.
