Fairfield area manufacturing plant is seeking 1st shift associates to train in various areas of the company. Manufacturing associates must have knowledge of machine operations, (CNC Machine experience a plus) and is responsible for fabrication and assembly of components for product according to detailed information on a given work order. Glass, various plastics, and laminates are fabricated to size and shape; these components are then assembled (stacked) according to work orders for a lamination phase of the manufacturing process. Must be a self-starter, understand requirements and drive to achieve a desired result.

Monday-Thursday, 6a-4:30p, pay starts at $17

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Attendance
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Ability to read blueprints
• Prior machine experience
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to work independently
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to consistently exhibit positive attitude
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have own transportation
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must have a clean criminal background
