    HSP Direct is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to oversee our HR operations and provide support to leadership and staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for serving people and driving company and employee success. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ashburn, VA.

    HSP Direct is best in class full-service direct mail fundraising agency offering online fundraising, production services, graphic design, and list and data services through our affiliated companies. With over 100 non-profit and political clients, we're seeking highly-motivated team members who share our passion for conservative politics.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401k, dental, and other offerings.
    • Oversee annual benefit open enrollment including review and selection of available plans, enrolling employees, and all required paperwork.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires including completion and filing of paperwork, employment eligibility, and record keeping in ADP.
    • Manage HSP's ATS system and ensure managers are equipped to market, screen, and hire A-players.
    • Reinforce and integrate HSP's internal performance management process.
    • Champion our company culture and values.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of work experience as an HR business partner or relevant role.
    • Deep knowledge and experience managing employee benefits.
    • Strong knowledge of ADP (preferred) or other relevant HR systems.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong service mindset.
