We are currently seeking a full time Benefits Assistant to provide daily benefits administration services to our clients and their employees.
Our Benefits Assistant must exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility/adaptability in a fast-paced, team environment. He/she will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to travel as needed, if required. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do:
Assist Benefits department by following up on client inquiries and assisting in administrative processes.
Process enrollment forms and changes. Provide clients additional benefits information as needed.
Data entry into HRIS system and document processing ensuring accuracy and compliance of benefit-related laws and regulations.
Creation of spreadsheets, presentations, forms, flyers, and other communication materials.
Filing, scanning, copying and other clerical responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned by Directors or Executives.
