We are currently seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will interact with employees regarding our benefits offerings: health and dental insurance, life insurance, and retirement funds. In addition, you will also provide support to the Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits by determining eligibility, assisting with enrollment, and educating employees on available plans.

Assist with daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.

Address benefit-related inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with payroll to process contributions and deductions accurately.

Assist Benefits Manager in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and provider regulations through proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role, preferably in Benefits or Insurance

Stellar written and verbal communication, client-centric interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail

Must be proficient with MS Office, with daily use of MS Word and Excel

Familiarity with HIPAA, FMLA, Medicare, and other state and federal regulations preferred
