Job Duties and Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain a state Health Insurance license.
Annually complete needed tests/certifications for all careers that we represent.
Abide by daily/weekly agent schedule.
Daily prospecting with outbound calls, community events and networking groups.
Responsible for CRM Organization and upkeep.
Enter all leads, proper sourcing, timely management of appointments and tasks.
Responsible for client support in conjunction with the Client Experience Department.
Utilize call sessions to create opportunities/appointments in pursuit of sales goals.
Timely manage and knowledge of all systems necessary for job duties, i.e. Microsoft office, Insightly, carrier portals, Medicare.gov, Sunfire.
Maintain call quotas and return inbound calls on the same day.
Keep educated on products/resources available for our clients and their needs.
Present in office when not at events/ appointments. “Best ability is availability”
Timely manage all phone, email and text communications.
Work with colleges and staff to reach company goals. Team focus.
Job Expectations
Show up to appointments 15 minutes early and dress appropriately. (Business Casual)
Willingness to put in the hours needed at certain times of year (i.e. AEP)
Schedule
Monday to Friday, Some evenings and weekends as necessary. Also, additional hours required during peak season (10/1 – 12/7)
Education: High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (required), Obtain State Health Insurance License.
