BENEFITS MANAGEMENT TEAM is currently looking for CAREER HEALTH INSURANCE AGENTS who are sick of shopping on the "Job Market." We're looking for Health Insurance Agents that want a CAREER OPPORTUNITY to build their own book of business.

BMT is known as an industry leader and innovator in the individual health insurance space. We prefer to be on the front end of trends and be pro-active as opposed to reactive when things change in our business (which happens quite often)! Our leadership built call centers in the early 2000's when most agents were still knocking on doors and running appointments. Our leaders have been building a remote sales force since 2014 before Covid-19 forced many companies to move in that direction in 2020. We've now introduced, and launched our first, privately owned, product to the market that solves a lot of healthcare's current problems. Our product has gotten a lot of positive feedback and excitement from our peers in the business and we hope to scale quickly in order to create and develop more products for the market that continue to solve problems in the healthcare industry!

1. B2B Sales and Marketing (our target market is the owner/ operator... the small business owner)
2. We will provide you with all the sales tools you'll need (leads, auto dialers, scripts, and more...)

6. Be coachable
7. Flexible work schedule... But showing up to work daily is essential to having success
8. A strong desire to succeed and the discipline to work a set schedule, which you set for yourself (we'll suggest specific hours in order to maximize your success)
9. Patience to surpass the "learning curve" and find your "groove" (building a "sales funnel" or "pipeline" takes a couple of weeks if done properly)
10. You will truly "own your book of business" creating resale/ asset value as you will be paid directly from the insurance companies
11. You will earn Lifetime Renewals (I have many friends in this business who sit back and maintain their 250k/yr income without working very hard at all at this point. But, make no mistake about it... they busted their butts for the first couple of years!)
12. Earn all expense paid trips and bonuses from various insurance companies
13. You will have access to Some of the industries top Training and Support from successful industry leaders
