As a Warehouse Receiver , you will be responsible for receiving shipments of dismantled auto parts and greeting will-call customers. You will also be responsible for accurately locating, identifying, and safely and efficiently pulling dismantled auto parts from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Forklift certification is required to apply.

What will a successful Warehouse Receiver accomplish in the first 90 days?

• Become proficient at recognizing Hollander YMS numbers and part names
• Make an effort to become familiar with all other warehouse processes

Essential Job Functions:

• Update work orders to ensure it gets assigned to the correct person

• Creating RTV process items that need to be return to vendor

• Complete assigned work orders for EPL’s and support walk in customers with pick up and drop off

• Support Will call and customers when a sales specialist is not available

• Inventory items from vendors and canceled orders

• Load and unload driver returns and EPL pickups

• Logging returns in system

• Updating PO’s in the system for accuracy

• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude

• Provides additional backup support for shipping and sales departments

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and/or one (1) year warehouse experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance

• Warehouse experience

• Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct

• Good interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform a variety of task in all kinds of weather/seasons

• May be required to stand for long periods of time

• May involve some repetitive motions

• Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects

• Ability to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs.

• Will be required to wear proper PPE (steel toed boots, rain gear)

Travel Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to both Rancho Cordova and Marysville locations.
