    Job Summary We are looking for a Operations Leader with experience to support the GM in all areas of the hotel. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate Front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services. As an Operations Manager you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.

    Responsibilities

    Support hotel operational processes and guest services-wide variety of administrative roles including purchasing, brand reporting, guest relations, managing staff and providing feedback on results. Developing teammates, tracking and paying incentives, etc.

    Train, supervise front office staff

    Train, assist with breakfast as needed

    Assist in Housekeeping as needed

    Schedule shifts

    Ensure front desk is well organized and have all necessary materials

    Ensure timely and accurate customer service

    Handle complaints and specific customers requests/reply via e-channels/brand (Medallia)

    Train, troubleshoot emergencies

    Monitor stock and order office supplies

    Ensure proper mail distribution

    Qualifications

    2+ years supervisory experience in hotels

    Ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet software and hotel management system (Fosse).
